Make your event information sign useful.
Choose one useful destination
Link to an existing public schedule, event page or registration form. A sign works best when its heading tells visitors what they will find. If you need several destinations, use a page you control that clearly lists them. This tool does not host event information, take registrations or collect attendee details.
Write for someone arriving now
Add the event name to the heading and say what scanning will do: see today’s programme, find the venue map or open registration. You can put a short help note in the footer. Avoid making the sign carry the whole schedule; visitors can read that on the linked page. Check the date and wording before downloading.
Place and test the finished page
Use A4 or Letter for a wall or welcome desk, or A5 for a small stand. A larger page alone does not guarantee a readable code at long distance. Print at Actual size, leave the code’s white border intact and test it in the venue’s lighting. Place it at a height and position where people can pause safely to scan.
Plan for changes and weak reception
Open the destination on an ordinary phone before the event. Check whether visitors need mobile data, a login or access to a venue network. Keep a staff member, short readable instruction or another practical route available for people who cannot scan. A static QR code stores its original link; changed addresses require replacement signs.
Common questions
Can this sign open an event registration form?
Yes. Paste the public HTTP or HTTPS link to your existing form. Registration happens on that destination, under its own privacy policy.
Does this tool count attendees or scans?
No. The QR code links directly to the address you enter. There is no Factory redirect or scan dashboard.
Are PDF and PNG downloads free?
Yes. Both formats are free, with no account or forced watermark. Choose A4, A5 or US Letter and edit the wording before downloading. The new sign editor is in English; the original QR generator is available in the existing language versions.
