A sign that finishes the job
Each layout includes an editable heading, scanning instructions and an optional footer. The Wi-Fi sign also shows the network name, with readable password text available when you explicitly choose it. Nothing is prefilled into the QR code: enter your own network details or public link.
Direct codes, local creation
Your details are processed in browser memory. We do not upload them, save them in an account or count scans. A website code opens the address you enter; a Wi-Fi code contains the network credentials. Downloads retain the information they encode.
Print a copy and try it
Use the PDF for an exact paper size. Print at Actual size or 100%, keep the white border and scan the finished page on a phone where you intend to display it. A5 suits a small stand; A4 and Letter provide a larger portrait page.
Keep the destination useful
A static code keeps its original details. Update a website at the same address, or make a new sign when its link or Wi-Fi password changes. Menu and event layouts use a page you already host. A phone, network or destination can still be unavailable, so provide practical help for visitors who cannot scan.
